Legacy Harbour Marina

A well-known destination along the Caloosahatchee River in downtown Fort Myers, is undergoing a complete redevelopment following the devastation of Hurricane Ian. AIRN Management, LLC has partnered with Bellingham Marine to rebuild the facility with modern dock systems, expanded infrastructure, and 131 slips. Construction is underway with reopening projected in the first quarter of 2026.

Ranging from 40 to 150 feet, potable water, in-slip pump-out, fire suppression, fiberglass dock boxes, and both single- and three-phase power. Explore how the new dock systems will deliver durability, stability, and long-term value for boater.
